A pair of vintage wall plaques in plaster by Lindsay Balkwill, England 1980's. In the 1980s, Lindsay Balkwill designed two striking wall plaques featuring women’s faces, characterized by beautiful clean lines and an elegant Art Deco influence. These sculptural pieces, often used as decorative art, showcase her skill in creating minimalist yet expressive forms. Balkwill, a British artist trained in graphic design at St. Martins School of Art, later transitioned into three-dimensional design, founding her own company, Lindsey B, to produce unique sculptures and decorative works. Sold as a pair only.
