Vintage Armchairs Oak & Rush
Quality:
Very good - slight wear, commensurate with age
A pair of vintage armchairs in oak and wicker from the The Netherlands, 1940's. These rare and unusual chairs come with oak frames and wicker seats and backrests. The frame has elegant, decorative carvings and in general the chairs are in good, antique condition and ready for use. Although purchased in The Netherlands, these chairs show some French-/ Spanish makers influences as well. And although these are not the makers, it reminds us slightly of the works by French artist Francis Jourdain and Dutch architect Alexander Kropholler. Sold as a pair.
As with all antique furniture, this item shows wear and tear commensurate with age. Please check carefully our pictures as they are part of the description.
